Does anyone have any info on this provider (Chastity)? I see her ads on BP a lot, but I've never seen a review:

I've always wondered about her as well...

I actually saw her at the gym one day while I was in town.  I could tell it was her because she has a tattoo of "Chastity" slightly above her chest.  She's a bit bigger than her pics but still cute.
