As always, do the research on the reviews.

However, when I visit Phoenix I found the Phoenix411 site to be a great resource because I've found that Glen who runs the site, does a real good job keeping the rip-off artists off that site. Unlike Eros, that site is local to the area and he has met most of the women their personally. I have never met Glen so my endorsement here is based solely on positive experience.

But if you want a personal recommendation. I don't think you can go wrong with Jordan Kay. Her reviews speak for themselves but I can personally vouch that she is devoted to her craft.
