I understand that gentlemen need to know when to stay away, but what about her side of the story? I don't know the person posting and I don't know the lady... but what if this is a gentleman/client who got too close, feelings developed and now he is seeking revenge because he found out she is "hooked up" with someone else?
A posting like this has the ability to seriously damage a woman's reputation and we don't know the whole story. I believe this same poster made some fairly serious claims a couple of days ago...was that post true?
Does a lady not have the right to come and go from this lifestyle? Unfortunately, she may have reached a point where she can no longer provide services, for what ever reason. Ladies "retire" all the time.  
Sounds like maybe you lent her money or she offered you something at a later date...now she is retiring and it doesn't look like you will be able to collect. Let that be a lesson for the future and move on...
