I always come from the point that a person is in choice in what they do in their life. It may be easy to be less than honest with ones self and deny it , however, as the choice seems less than what you may want. I am of the mind that Phoenix' great providers, agency or not, are NOT in the position of being indentured in any way , with that being said , the ladies are free to do and be whatever they choose. Your anger is palpable and might be better served in an upfront manner with the person you have this issue with, as you paint all agencies with a similar brush, your qualification not withstanding. Also hard to believe there are to many 'innocents ' in the valley ( although I am open to the possibility of being wrong). These relationships(agency) are symbiotic, without one, there isn't the other .Final thought regarding your post: I am never to sure what will befall someone whos behavior I abhor, being I am not in charge of 'karma' .

I read the original post.

Didn't sound like hating to me.

I read frustration and disappointment, from someone who obviously didn't see the power structure in their business relationship as one that was level, or at least fair.

That shouldn't be surprising.

There are many fantastic, capable, smart and strong women in this business who know who they are, what they have, what they want and what they can do. They have made a choice to go against the grain of society, choose this business, and accept both the rewards and consequences. Bravo!

Is there really anyone out there over the age of 35 that can't think back to when they were 19 or 22 and admit that they didn't understand all the ramifications of decisions they made as a younger "adult"?

Surely there will be some women, maybeyounger, who come into this business with less than 100% clarity of eveything that is going on. Experience will open their eyes and they may not like what they see. Naturally, they may feel 'taken advantage of' whether or not anyone ever set out to do such a thing. After all, one of the things that make women such glorious and mysterious creatures is their capacity to a walking contidiction: powerful yet fragile, logical yet emotional, strong yet delicate, giving yet selfish, nurturing yet vengeful.

Reaction like this one should be expected, don't you think?

Oh, ho. Thank heaven for little girls.
