They are almost always blurry, out of focus, black and white, and taken in front of somebody's bathroom mirror. Gross. With digital cameras being everywhere and cheap and people that know how to use them, how come the quality of provider photos is so consistently lousy ? Really hard to pick someone. Don't get it at all......
