I'm so sick and tired of the nest of rip offs on the BP. What is wrong with providing what is expected for an agreeed upon fee?

It is no more of a rip off list than others of its kind.

If you've been had, then maybe you just don't know what you are doing. (not in general, just with that sort of list)

Not hatin', just sayin'.

You have enough reviews on TER to show you should know how to tell the difference between a safe bet and a TOFTT. Booking unreviewed providers from a daily posting list is not for the inexperienced, or the easily disapointed.

If you aren't getting good results of BP, then don't use it. I have no problems with BP.

Of course the latin phrase "caveat emptor" comes to mind. I look at BP Phoenix almost every day.
I've found a number of excellent providers on BP. Matter of fact, the last lady I reviewed I discovered  on BP. Of course, I google the ph # in the ad, then I'll check tineye.com.  And most importantly I try and think with the big head instead of the little head when reading BP.

As many ladies, including myself do not get new reviews all the time due to the fact that (in my case, 90%) of my business is repeat.

And also due to the fact that I specialize in a certain type of service, it does not score as highly as other ladies who do it everything.

So because a lady is not in the top 100 is NOT necessarily a bad thing and by only seeing those ladies the guys would be missing out on some, as Audrina put it, "few gems".  

Now as others have already said, BP can be a good source BUT you must do some homework on the ladies BEFORE you go see them. It is just like with any site, you must cross checks them out first.  

Play safe and do your homework.

I stand corrected, you are absolutely right. I have met quite a few gems that have not been on the “Top 100” list at the time.
However, all the gems that I have seen have been recommendations by either well known hobbyist or trusted providers.

You are off to a very good start, you’ll be at the top of that list real soon.

for example someone with 1 review  and a 9/9 is automatically in the top 100 because its an average of the scores and not an actual representation of the best ladies out there.
While a lady with cinsistant 8/9 scores will be kept off by a lower score on a couple reviews out of 100 reviews.
So it's realy not a well thought out list nor is it a good idea to stick to the script in this case .

A gal could be kept off by "lower" scores due to her sessions not including everything even though the guy may truly believe the service he got was a "10" he may not be able to score it as that (or TER will change his marks) because the lady didn't do it all as per TER standards.

Personally as a lady who specializes I cannot get those "10's" even though my clients believe I am the best at what I do.  

So yes, I agree the Top 100 is a good place to start for research but it should NOT be the only way to find good ladies.

In your example, a provider with consistent 8/9 scores will be still remain on the list , but may drop down by a couple of numbers, because she received a lower score on a couple reviews out of 100 reviews.

It takes a lot more, then a couple of lower scored reviews to be kept off the "Top 100" list.

If a hobbyist is using the list for selection proposes, it should be regarded as just additional tool in the overall home work task.

The point is it's a cumulative average
so the less reviews  the higher the ratings.

Before you book make sure you research the lady ! I advertise on BP.

These wonderful gents are the exception to the rule! They do Awesome research on providers, back page or not. Although, CDFIX has repeatedly told me that BP isn't such a bad thing since he has TOFTT many girls who are now in the top 10 in PHX.  However,  it's possible that these lovely ladies may not be as successful without this lucky break.
