First of all, I have changed my entire lifestyle in terms of health and fitness- I eat like a PURE machine-organic, no meat, no sugar, no flour, no crap! I love it!!! I am extremely active-(yeah, get your mind out of the gutter-obviously, THAT is a duh) but I am referring to my fitness. I am a hardcore bitch-feels awesome!!!
The reason I say it though is because my mind is completely focused and have ALL kinds of energy-had a lot before-but my intensity has even increased tenfold!!! ...So you know what that means!
