You know that, given the emails from you that he references in the review, you won't be able to successfully challenge the review with TER Support. Just applying that cogent reasoning you brought up before.

Thinking with a clear head helps in handling a situation such as this, and I was not yesterday.
After I was able to stop, think and rationalize, I did some research and figured it out.
I know EXACTLY who he is by email, but would never know him if we met on the street.
Yesterday I was so filled with anger, rage and a lot of other negative emotions, I didn't take the time to stop and think.
All I was seeing was red.
Who would do this?
Why would they do it?
Why would he write a fake review of me?
Why would he say I was out of shape, had a nasty, and uninterested?
Why would he say I made him wait 2 hours?
Who in the hell WOULD wait 2 hours?
Who does he think he is?
Apparently "He" is someone who thinks he's been shafted in the worst way.
Apparently "He" is someone who feels an apology is not enough.
Apparently "He" is someone who thinks it's okay, right and just to conduct himself in a less than gentlemanly manner.
Apparently " He" think's it's completely okay to write fraudulent reviews.
Apparently "He" is still angry.
I'm sure you of all people can understand being that angry.
