Nevertheless, after "english" and before "sweetie" should be a comma, indicating that sweetie is being used as a term of endearment, rather than the direct object of the gentleman in the sentence. Although I'm sure as a gentleman I could occasionally use a good english sweetie, I wouldn't mind a good Swedish sweetie, or even a Latina for that matter. But she'd have to speak proper Español.
