Ladies..to turn OFF the 'favorites feature' on your site:

If a provider goes to the very bottom of the "All Pages" section of the website, she can unclick the favorites feature.

inactivated your active xx controls as well as turned on a pop-up blocker that spotted this contrivance.... a really good thing to do...
