Well, I have heard of pimps doing reviews for their girls but this really smells.
Of those reviews you mentioned Mr Agenda, one girl has several good reviews, BUT, most of her reviewers have just 1 review posted, some have 2, and you guessed it, all fetish.com girls. The only legitimate review gives her 5 & 2. Guess that guy was snookered by all her fake reviews by Ty aka Faulk aka, etc etc

I'm not really convinced TYJesus is a TOFTT King anyway. Half the girls he's seen have reviews from other reviewers, established reviewers might I add.
Most of the other reviews are good to excellent with the exception of 1 or 2. And those 1 or 2 bad reviews appear to be more YMMV than anything else.

You posted that who cares? Well lots of us do. I'm not saying that TYJesus has done misdeed but if he has, Agenda should be commended for the detective work. After all isn't that the big piece of TER? To weed out the lies and deceit? I saw something like this play out on the Phoenix board a while back and it turns out it was in fact an Agency that has set up an account in order to post fake reviews.
When staff gets back, it shouldn't take too long before IP addresses are reviewed. I will withhold judgement until then.
In the meantime, I understand Agenda's reluctance to post under his/her handle but commend the effort to bring this to light.

Also your claims that I am not allowing any Mr. Info posts on the TwinCities board, while true, is also misleading. You have attempted to post to my board a total of 4 times since you were moderated: 1 test post, 1 whining post, one post directed at me personally, and one benign comment post which only contained text in the subject line and had no message body! I am however openly enforcing a no post policy against you in the TwinCities, since it is generally viewed by myself other members of my board that your posts are rarely substinative and are merely taunts. I have no moderated members of the T/C board community, so much of what goes on my board does so without my prescreening of it, as did your posts before you were moderated. I rarely recieve posts in the moderated file, but when I do, they are usually national spam posts or a new member's first post and I approve them or not based on their individual merits. And to be quite honest Mr. Info, since you've become moderated, you have not produced ANYTHING on my board that merits approving!
As I've said - it is your loss and not mine.
The five stages of post-moderated stress disorder are:
1-Denial - "this can't be happening to me". While acting as if you are still unmoderated. Not crying, not accepting or even acknowledging the loss.
2-Anger - "why me?", feelings of wanting to fight back or get even with the moderator, blaming them for your condition.
3-Bargaining - Attempting to make deals with the moderator, or attempting to make deals with Staff to stop or change the situation. Begging, wishing, whining....
4-Depression - Overwhelming feelings of hopelessness, frustration, bitterness, self pity, mourning the loss of your posting privleges as well as the hopes, dreams and plans of posting in the future. Feeling lack of control, feeling numb. Perhaps feeling suicidal.
5-Acceptance - there is a difference between resignation and acceptance. You have to accept the loss, not just try to bear it quietly. Realization that it takes you looking deep within yourself and bringing fourth lasting changes in your own attitude. Realization that the situation is your fault.(even if you were not in the right frame of mind at the time) Finding the good that can come out of the pain of moderation, finding comfort and healing in the silence. Your goals turn toward personal growth. Staying with fond memories of what once was.....
Get help! You will survive. You will heal, even if you cannot believe that now, just know that it is true. To feel pain after being moderated is normal. It proves that we are alive, human. But we can't stop living. We have to become stronger, while not shutting off our feelings for the hope of one day being unmoderated and finding the happiness of posting in real-time again.
Helping others through something we have experienced is a wonderful way to fascilitate our healing and bring good out of something tragic, So extend a warm hand of friendship to your other moderated brotheren, and together, you will lift each other out of your depression.
You have no idea how many times someone has challenged me, "Go ahead, moderate me!" as if to be moderated was akin to challenging me to take their first born. 
When someone challenges me to moderate them, I won't do it just on principle.
BTW, all but 80 people missed a great post on the Boston board this morning.

All the examples apart from this matter (information accessible to members by other means) also provide an exemption to the duty to confirm or deny whether the moderator holds the requested information.
There may be situations where, even though information is exempt from the duty to communicate it the member, there is no reason why the TER authority should confirm or deny whether the information is true.
The least interesting part of "sparring" with you in these threads is that you would rather have the last word, than the wittiest retort! Your whole existence is flawed, right down to how you keep score......

Both of these statements are blatant lies.
Since you were moderated on 2/7/2006, you have submitted exactly eight (8) posts to the 'FAQ for Newbies' discussion board:
Three (3) posts were allowed:
- question about posting
- praise for a post by other TER member
- admission of ignorance of TER functionality
Five (5) posts were not allowed:
- taunting and disrespectful post towards other TER member
- misleading and incorrect information
- taunting and disrespectful post towards other TER member
- incorrect information
- misleading and incorrect information
Of the eight (8) posts, only three (3) were 'in reply to a request for info.' That is 37.5%, Mr. Info -- a very far cry from the 99.9% you claim in your post. Worse, the information you supplied in those posts was either misleading or factually incorrect, which could put a newbie hobbyist at risk if believed or followed. You are simply not the 'expert' that you falsely portray yourself to be, especially when it comes to TER matters.
I won't even comment on the other two disallowed posts. Suffice it to say that you are moderated for a very good reason (see samples below).

I began moderating the FAQ for Newbies discussion board on 1/25/2006. Here are some statistics that prove you have no idea of what you speak:
There have been a total of 632 posts during the 31-day period from 01/27/2006 - 02/26/2006, or 20.4 posts per day. Compare this to the previous 31-day period, where there were 596 posts from 12/27/2005 - 01/26/2006, or 19.2 posts per day. Newbie board participation increased.
There have been a total of 432 posts in the 19-day period since you've been moderated (02/08/2006 - 02/26/2006), or 22.7 posts per day. Compare this to the 331 posts from the previous 19-day period before you were moderated (01/20/2006 - 02/07/2006), or 17.4 posts per day. Again, Newbie board participation increased.
Looking further at the total number of posts over the past six weeks, there were 496 posts in the past three weeks vs 343 posts in the previous three weeks -- a 45% increase in posts since you were moderated. That is an average of 23.6 posts per day, vs 16.3 posts per day before your moderation.
Clearly, post traffic (and reads, for that matter) on the Newbie board have increased since you were moderated, and based on feedback from other TER members, that does not appear to be a coincidence (again, see samples below). Your post above is yet another example of how you continually pose as an 'expert' with 'factual' information that is blatantly incorrect.
Lastly, the Mr. Info alias was first used on February 17, 2005, slightly over a year ago. A global search unveiled over 200 derogatory posts by the Mr. Info alias during that time, or an average of one attacking post every two days. Based on your boast that 99.9% of your posts are replies to information requests, that would mean that you posted 200,000 posts during the past year, or an average of 533 posts per day. Well, guess what, Mr. Info - once again, you are wrong. Similar numbers can be generated for every discussion board where you have regularly posted.
