Off the top of my head, there's Avalon Malone, Gidget, Dawn, and possibly Solana treks that far... I haven't seen Avalon, but we did meet at the first M&G and she seemed very sweet; I have seen the others mentioned and received great service from all.
If you like the AMP thing (I do, but not everybody does), Good Natural Spa is west of York on US30; the ones in York were busted awhile back, and I haven't looked to see if they have reopened. There are other AMPs in Reading as well, I'm not sure what's available in Lancaster...
Just FYI, Good Natural Spa in York was busted as of 8/18/06. It was part of the same business that ran "Da Ridge" aka The Callowhill Relaxation Center in Center City Phila as well as Smile Spa in Quakertown. They had 70 Korean women working as sex slaves.
