Are they real? I was informed that are not
registered on any reference sit like p411.

I don't know much about them but they are mentioned in the Boston board in a positive mention. If you have VIP you might PM the gents that have made mention of the agency. Just a thought, you can mention my recommendation to reach out.

XOC is real and has been active for years. They don't encourage reviews and don't advertise much. Have been closed to new membership registration. They are good for Eastern European girls.
