I've had a couple providers ask how they can put their names on my whitelist. Honestly I'm not sure how it is done? Does anybody know the exact steps for the providers to do this? Thanks...

Yep. They just click on your reviews and go to the bottom and hit "submit referral" and then a box pops up and they confirm that they wish to whitelist you, like I did
