Got into a debate with a fellow hobbyist (not a TER member) about the use of credit cards.  We won't ever agree on their use, but the question is, who in the area accepts them?

Which Lucy?  Neither the Lucy that shows up in Philly or the Lucy who moved to Vegas and back indicate they take CC.  In fact, the latter Lucy specifically says on her site that she does NOT.
