Could someone please tell me what exactly qualifies a provider to be listed as a VIP escort.

I see the title thrown around so much but I don't see much of a basis for the distinction.

I know some claim to be real "professional" models but many just seem like any other provider minus the VIP title.

A provider  pays to be listed as a "VIP".
On TER, ladies pay for a full memebership, and that makes them a VIP.
