I've always tried to steer providers towards the idea that your posts on hobby boards should be used as a tool to steer people to your website/escort mall ad.
Your ad posts can still include schedule info but you should be referring people to your website for donation info.

This is probably not the place for this but the next time you update the website could you find a way that when a person goes to submit a review they can click on a link if that provider already has a review? I know this would make it easier than having to submit all the information such as phone number and website since it is already in the database and would help eliminate duplicate postings for the same provider. Just a thought
