Alas, it seems Natalia has retired. Her website is no longer working and her phone number has been "changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service" I have reported all this to TER. A comet blazed briefly in the night...
The website could have been down for maintenance, or because she was making updates, or because the hosting company lost power or their internet connection, or traffic was overloading their servers, or any of hundreds of reasons. As for her phone, she could just be out of minutes, or changed carriers & numbers, or decided that she prefers e-mail only (and if English is a second language for her, it might be easier that way and cause fewer miscommunications/misunderstandings). Just a couple things to think about...
