What you have to do is capture the URL of  the picture that you want to post. If the picture is on your hard drive it will be a little more difficult.

If the pic is already hosted on the web somewhere you can capture the URL(address) by simply moving your mouse ofver the picture and right clicking it. A pulldown will display and you will choose "properties". another pop up will come up on your computer and you will see the URL(address) simply copy and paste it into  the area a thte bottom of  this message that says"Picture URL"


I hope this is clear forgive me but I am not a techy and some of the proper terms might  escape me.
