I don't have any experience with any of them, but I've met Sloane who runs Private Liaisons.  Thus I'm quite sure there is no upsell with them.

on TER, like City Girls, Private Liaisons and a couple others. I've also read the reviews and seen no mention of this but I'm asking anyway, being that they do have pictures of really hot woman (City Girls in particular).

Are their rates all inclusive (since none of them say they are) or do you get there and have to tip like a regular escort service???

Does any of you more experienced hobiest know a little something about this????

My experience with a few of the agencies reflected that the rates are inclusive.  Also, I can vouch that the girls are as attractive as depicted in images, and the managers like Sloane at Private Liaisons are  pleasant and courteous to work with.

As a rule the Philly is not a market I'm interested in having a permanent presence ( we will send someone with a 2 hr min) however we do have a presence in the Harrisburg York markets. I can't speak for the other agencies however our rates are all inclusive. Tipping is not required, however our associates do appreciate it, when it is inline with one's standards.

well there shouldn't be any upselling, it should be all inclusive.  But I alway tip.  10-15% should be plenty. Many guys don't though.   But escort agencies with girls should be all inclusive,with no upselling.

Unfortunately in Philadelphia / SJ (backpage/freepostsite) most of these girls are one step up from cash and dash girls ,ie: they have drivers(pimps)that demand their girls do not answer any direct all inclusive questions.. AVOID anything on Roosevelt Blvd and be Vigilant at the Low end Airport Hotel/Motels.Also beware of the route 73 corridor and now they are even setting up shop in Cherry Hill.

These girls are demanding more than the average billable hour rate of most lawyers... They need to get real and dump their pimps and charge prevailing rates.. EOM

Wouldn't trust the low end at all.  You're right about the agency girls.  I only paid $200/hr recently for an excellent lawyer.
