The underlying question is can he get a phone girl and more importantly where would he want to advertise so that he could get the grade and quality of clientele that he would want?  Also what would he do in terms of his homework so that he could attract a certain level of clientele? Also he would need to get providers who weren't as established because those would be the women who would most likely need the assistance of an agency to get started and they would not have a review history. Once those certain elements come together the next question is would he like to do incall or outcall? The outcall is a bit risky but if he has a loyal security force that is good with his money then that might be a way to go. With incall he needs to be careful because he doesn't want to have too much traffic in one spot because that might bring unwanted attention. So the cost for that might be higher because he might need to have different spots every night. However he could get some real estate since that would be low enough now and do that.  That way all parties would be safe. Just a few things to consider before going into business.

I have never seen a girl that he has recomended and thought WFT was he crazy. He has always been basically right on with his reviews. If I have emailed him with a question about a girl or an agency he has been there with the correct 411.
