When you call, the person who answers claims to be Gabi's roomate and that Gabi went out for a few minutes, but that she is available.  She then gives you the location to drive to and call for apt number.  Luckily, I recognized the location as one often used by a local bait and switch operation.  Its 22nd and Walnut (gas station). Anyone telling you to go there and call for the apt number cant be trusted.

Any ad with 215 764-5431 is bait and switch.
