LOL!). Moral arguments against prostitution fall flat in that light, in my opinion. Legalization may not remove the cultural stigma, but it would remove the legal one, and it would put the control back in the hands of the provider. I wonder how different life would be if we lived in a matriarchal society, vs. one controlled by testosterone? And imagine the economic benefits of bringing the sex trade above-board...
Sidestepping the Union debate, perhaps a better analogy would be the professional trade association, like the AMA or IEEE?
