To see who has a car and travels. I, for one, do and go to Delaware quite often. You could also visit some incall or turing ladies if you have a rental car.
Be prepared to be screened, though. Quality ladies always want to be safe. Screening a foreigner is not always easy so there are several ladies who may not see you because of it or because they couldn't verify you. Don't be offended, but we do put our security first.

But it also helps if you provide some work information. I see a lot of international dates and I often check through ther local work, if they have any. each lady is different and most are open-minded like me.
