The pictures are of a Costa Rican girl (Zeanna), and the phone number has zero history.  These are red flags.  Be careful.

Just do a Google search on the phone number. I usually put it in quotes followed by the word escort to narrow it down. (i.e. "xxx yyy zzzz" escort).  Also learn how to use Google Image Search to do your due diligence on the photos.
