Hawk's Hobby tip of the week (Eros pic jacking and Tineye search)

Recently Eros changed their format and has made it increasingly more difficult to use tineye on the pics or copy pics.


There are several more complex work around for the more computer savvy but my most recent find is easy for most of us.

I recently found "Eros mobile" the pics and links on that site are not protected and obtaining the pic URL's is as easy as a simple right click and copy and paste. I suggest when you are researching an EROS girl you use that site.

Also download the Tineye plug-in it's not perfect but it is just another great tool in your hobbying arsenal.

Thanks for the mobile site, Chris. It does make the tineye search much easier and it also avoids those annoying pop ups.

I tried it out. I works pretty good.

So if you use this search tool and don't find the pic any place else, dose that mean there's a better chance that the provider is legit?

I suppose you could say you have a better chance of her bing legit.  Tineye is just another tool in this hobby of ours. It is not 100%. But it will help you weed out potential scammers using fake pics that they have stolen from the internet.

Just becuase u get no hits on Tin eye does not mean she is real. It means you need to dig a little deeper.

Search  the name, phonenumber, with Google and against any review databases that you have access to. The TER plug in is excellent and I highly reccomend it.

For me if I find the girl has been advertising in other states and there is a trail...  That lets me know she is at least a provider and not LE.

Another simple way, at least with Firefox, is to simply uncheck the Enable Javascript box.  This works for most sites where the pictures 'popup' in their own frame.  In addition, when you disable javascript, you re-enable the right-click menu on all those sites that say "right-click" is disabled.

A provider recently told me that in order to advertise on EROS, she needed to send a picture of herself, holding her drivers license. In other words, she said that EROS confirms that the person buying the ad is the person shown on their site. Obviously they have no way of controlling who shows up at your door, but she said the girl seen in the ad is the girl who bought the ad. Is she correct??

As we know there are many ads on EROS that are completly B&S.   It is my undersytnading that EROS requests picture ID in cases where the pics appear to be young.  EROS does not check their ads for legitamacy.

Stolen pics are on EROS every day.........
