Karina, I though you just want to raise the fee to compensate for the less traffic in DE.  I guess I was wrong.  I am glad that you choose DE as your home base; it works for me.  I hope I will have the pleasure of get-to-know-you session soon.

I'm looking forward to making many new friends in Del. Of course Philly guys are the best and will always be my ATF's, but do you think you guys have what it takes to beat them???

And all the bogus crap on there(not meaning karina).. you would think that they would try to at least get a simple little bit of  text correct.
