We've had a few older Japanese girls down from NY in the last year or two, and this may be another, but her ad isn't written in quite the same style. Top picture looks lifted from somewhere else, no reviews for the phone number. Any info on this girl? Or should I go with my Scam Sense?

She changes her number often. It took a little extra research to find them.... Whenever you find no reviews. Try Google searching  the girls EROS ad account name. In this instance it is "us-tisha7" found in her URL.  When you do this you will find all of the other cities she has posted that ad in.
From that search I found...

That ad has a different phone number. A quick search of that number netted the following results.
