What's your favorite?

Deciding between a filet or lobster - maybe even caviar to treat myself.

Thank you!

One can only hope. And pray. lol.
.
My two fave steak houses are Del Frisco's and Steak 48. Del Frisco's not only has great food but the ambiance and decor is incredible. It's in an old back building with a very high ceiling, possessing incredibly ornate moldings. Gorgeous. Get a booth on the right side and you will be in heaven.
.
Steak 48 is a bit more private and intimate and the food is exceptional. Some of the booths there have floor to ceiling glass behind both sides giving you your own private room feel. Service is insanely good.
.
Keep me posted about your dates as I would love to see you again!

Thank you!

There was one I went to the last time I was in town in Center City, It was across from a park I think.

These both look great - maybe I'll visit each of them!

And yes, I just posted my dates on the buzz boards - the week of July 14 ;)

You’re probably thinking of Barclay Prime, right across the street from rittenhouse park.  One of the top steakhouse in the city. If you’re looking for that level of dining you have to try Jean George in the Ritz-Carlton one of the best views from a restaurant in the country!  Seafood is tough, nothing in Philly has really impressed me. Jean Georges is in the four seasons. Vernick fish is also in the four seasons and is amazing if you like seafood.

+1 on Barclay Prime. And if you’re looking for a really intimate spot try Alpen Rose.

I don’t think there’s a location in Center City, but I know there’s one in KOP. Great food and atmosphere. Their espresso martini’s are the perfect end to dinner and provide that extra energy for the evening festivities.
