There was a woman I saw by the name of Tara, mature blonde.  I saw her in the Philly area, where she was touring, this was back around 2001.  She worked out of a Loft; for an agency/woman, where you needed a referrral from someone to be able to see anyone.  

I believe she was from the DC area, and heard that she might have moved to the California area.
