KOP is one of the few suburbian areas that have a dedicated team to police this.  Be careful out there.....

One piece of advice I can offer to the girls is to answer the doors as quickly as possible so hotel personel dont see guys knocking and waiting outside the door. After they spot a couple of different guys they will become suspicious.
I always tell my girls that when I am coming up to please wait close by the door.

I have no doubt that there are crimes related to prostitution...just as there is crime related to high school football games...I just don't think the professional provider or hobbiest runs into a lot of it...proper screening, reveiws, safe meeting guidelines, etc. make this fun, safe and the best form of adult recreation.

Having been someone who has dated several strippers over the years, I can say that I have seen and heard way more issues with drugs, theft, assault, etc.  in that "legal" industry than I have ever heard in the hobby we are in.

Of course...I can say my bank, broker and government have all stolen way more money from me that any woman would or could...

This is very good info.  But I'm curious about a few things so lets critique the details...  If anyone wants to jump in and add something please do so:

In this 'sting' it seems as though they are targeting the providers.  So, is there any threat to me, the hobbiest, here.  

It says they make the appointments with the girls on line and then they wait for them to arrive.  About 1:40 into the news clip LE talks about their 'plan' - i.e. to wait for the girls to arrive.   They say something like: "Let's get as many girls as we can"  So, it seems LE is posing as Johns in a room and requesting an outcall to their room while the other LE/backup "wait in an adjoining room for the signal".   At 2:00 into the clip they say "the signal is slow to arrive, as some girls don't show up..."  So, again, to an LE booked room? and targeting the ladies? doing an outcall to their room?  

OR, are they targeting the girls in the GIRL's room???...  That is, the girl has checked in, and is 'operating'.  Staff thinks it's suspicious and then LE sets up next door and listens in and then arrests provider and John alike once the appointment starts?  Can they do that?

At the 2:40 mark they show LE sitting on the bed waiting with some 'electronic devices' (unless that is just their ommunications equipment).  Is it possible that they are working with the hotel staff in this manner:  They book a room, and having a booked room,  they tell the front desk to book the "suspicious" (a term they use) lady into the adjoining room.  AND THEN, again, listening in (i.e. bugging) arrest the lady and john alike when they hear/witness the tranaction take place.  This wouldn't seem legal? would it?   They couldn't really do something like that, could they??  One of them in the transaction has to be the LE, no?  

Therefore, although this is great info, I as the hobbiest shouldn't have to worry here - except of course that this may mean what is coming next is the reverse:  LE posing as a provider and setting a trap for a hobbiest to walk into it.  So it just sets the tone that they are cracking down so beware, be extra careful...

So, if one of them has to be LE, and I know I'm not...  and I know the lady isn't, then nothing to worry about? or is there?  
...because let's say a well known provider is visiting and I schedule an appointment with her.  I've done my homework, she is well know, legit, I've read the reviews, etc.  She has done her homework too: checked my references, can see that I have written reviews here over the years, etc.  Let's say for example:  Baylee is visiting, or Barbie from NC who is currently visiting.  They are well known, I've read the reviews, she has checked me out, and I schedule.  I should have nothing to worry about if I go to the hotel to see her, right?  When I walk in and she shuts the door behind us, it's between her and me now.  They can't come crashing through the door and say: "we heard what's going on...you're under arrest..."  can they?  I mean, what the heck, what if I'm legitimately seeing an old girlfriend or a current mistress while on my lunch break - and they think it's "suspicious" casue it's a single lady in a room and I walk up and knock?  Maybe it's a customer/client/vendor I have come to know over the years at a trade show (and there are many in KOP) and I'm bangin' her on the side??  how do they know it's not a legit rendevous?  Again, they can't really barge in on you can they?

For example, sometimes a lady (legitimate, well know, well reviewed) stays for 4 or 5 days.  What if I go on day 3 and hotel staff has become suspicious.  ...can they arrests you going in? coming out? etc?  

I've passed on several in the middle of their 'tour' for that reason - I begin to think: "hmmm by now staff may thing something is up..."  Can they really do anything about it (like barge in on you?)  Or is it safe as long as both parties know the other is legit?

All your questions have legitimate concerns.  As a provider who have been touring the area for a while, I know for a fact that LE has been handing out face photos of ladies who are suspected prostitutes to KoP hotels (for years).  Telling staff that these women are involved in other crimes.  This is why my face is blurred for a reason.  I experienced this a couple of years ago in KoP as I was checking in, LE was coming out of the front desk office.  I asked the FD lady what was going on, oh there are some prostitutes in this hotel and a few others.  I'm like OOOOKKKK...

They also target BP/CL, Eros ladies since they don't screen and it's basically like shooting fish in a barrel.  While well reviewed ladies who screen extensively are hard to catch.

And yes they can stop and question suspected johns.  All they can do is question and harass you. Plead the 5th!  They question you for a reason because they are suspicious.  The hotel also have every reason to "evict" the lady out of her hotel if there is suspicion of prostitution.  

I would suggest hobbying outside of KoP or doing outcall as a safer alternative.  Always make sure you're scheduling with ladies who are discreet and have their face photos blurred.  Safe hobbying everyone!!!

I hear ya about scheduling with discrete ladies.  On the other hand however, I personally will never schedule with someone who has their face blurred - I want to know who is suppossed to open the door!  If it's not who I expect, I just say: "oh, sorry, I have the wrong room" and walk away   A lady can still be discrete even with a face pic  ...I would think LE could easily use a blurred face pic to lure Johns in!?   A well known, well reviewed lady with a face pic - I feel that's a safer bet than a blurred face.

I disagree that ladies on Eros are easy targets.  It all depends on how they screen.  If you are not on Eros, which it sounds like you aren't, then fine, whatever, but don't slam some of us well reviewed ladies who screen on there because it's not a place YOU want to use to attract clients.

I meant some (I actually forgot to put the "some" in front of Eros, that was an honest mistake LOL).  I did not mean to generalize the Eros Ladies.  I was not slamming BTW (so relax!).  I was stating a fact.  We all know that a good amount of the advertisers on there are B&S.   I advertise on there as well.

If you dont have in and out!!! keep it low key and low volume...I see one or 2 visitors aday!!! and go to the gym or hang with family...i do this even in my base town in florida..where i have an upscale private location....when you get greedy , you get taught!!!! bottom line...!!!!!~Love Linda
