When looking at reviews I usually take out the highest and the lowest.  You have plenty of great ones.  I also check to see what the rest of the reviews he wrote look like.

she only wanted to provide her perspective on the review.  Certainly, he admits to all that happened... and if ya know going in what you want.. you know how long it will take (comeon we all kinda know our limits) you plan accordingly.  Sounds like he wanted an hour session for 1/2 hr rates.

I've only gone DRASTICALLY over once.  And that was a long time ago... and I still feel bad about it.  (going over less than 5 min - is not bad considering that I also go under 5 min and in that instance there are no worries as well...)

It is fair for her to post this.  I would suggest to the dude that he apologize to Shane for the way he treated her - BUT NOT FOR THE REVIEW - that should stand - cause if anyone with any common sense were to read it, they would come to some common sense realization that the guy was as Shane said, Rude...
