Chelsea is an experienced provider. I saw her when she was with a different agency, probably two or three years ago. She used to have 50+ reviews on here and they were mostly positive, so not sure why she had them removed. As I recall, yes to BBBJ and DATY, light kissing (little or no tongue), moderately enthusiastic CFS. She kept the room fairly dark, but she was attractive head-to-toe and had a very pleasant personality. Overall, a fun time. I'd give her an 8/7 based on that meeting. You'll have to decide if the higher rate AV charges would be worth it. As an agency, AV is a pleasure to deal with.
