If the Lera in the pic is the same one with TER ID 160997, then she must have recently gotten implants.  From the May 2011 review, "...her chest was small, but youthful."  And the photos from Wheel's link to Viva match the description from the May review.  Obviously, she could have had implants between May and now and have switched agencies.  But the first question that has to be asked when calling her is whether the breasts are real or not.  If she says fake, then the next question has to be when did she have the surgery.
