IMHO run away as quickly as you can!

In my experience, woman (so they say) tell you they would love to hook up but they want to make sure you aren't a creep so all you have to do is sign up on this site.  You go to the site and they ask for basic info but then they want your credit card to verify you are over 18 but they won't charge anything to your card (yeah right!!!!)

Confirmed, don't do it.  It's a scam and they charge (at least that's what they did to me) your credit card a $40.00 or so fee after the fact.

Even if you google escortpin, negative stuff comes right up
