How is the weather in the Philadelphia Area?

gonna be in the area mid may..what is the weather like this time of the year? I realize nobody has a crystal ball ..just want to get some idea based on folks with local knowledge.

should be nice- probably in the high 60's or 70's could be a little cool at night

Ya, should be a solid transition into Spring in a couple weeks.  Keeps going back and forth between warm and cold right now and my sinuses are paying the price!  60's, 70's in the day and likely a good bit cooler at night (not that you should really be outside a lot after dark anyway if you are not familiar with the area).

Mid-May in Philly is as about as good as it gets.  The rainy season of March-April is over and the muggy season of July-August is a long ways away.

Some rain next week.  I never trust the Weather Channel anymore, because it changes every minute!  I am sure the weather next week will be spectacular!
