Im wondering if the KOP area is a generally safe area for a lady to be visiting alone or is it better for her to stay right in Center city?
Any ideas appreciated.

K of P is perfectly safe..More so then some downtown areas.  It is the suburbs and the public transportation and cab availability is not as good.  There are a couple hotels near the mall which provide everything you need and you can easily get to the mall should you wish to venture out.  The Crowne Plaza would be your best bet if convenience to the mall is important to you.

I live about same distance from cc and KOP, but KOP is safe, near the mall, free parking, easy to get to right off major highways, Turnpike and 76

generally safe day or night, just use common sense wherever you are of course.
But yes, King of Prussia is perfectly safe and I would also recommend the Crowne Plaza...30 seconds from the mall is need be. Nice lodgings and friendly staff. Cheers.

Im thinking that we may be making some additions this week to the Philly area with Mya and Maxii so KOP area may get a few visitors.

KOP is much more frequently becoming the destination of choice.  It is a lot easier for many in the subrubs to get to since they are already there.  Free parking is abundant with no walk to the hotel.

KOP is more convenient for those who drive, because of the free parking there. It is at a major crossraods of the Pa. Turnpike, I-76, and US 202, accessible from all directions. There are numerous hotels there, and it's the site of an enormous shopping mall. Many visiting providers stay there. Hope to meet your attractive ladies.

If you stay in center city hotel area, you will be safe.  During weekdays, you'll attract clients who work in  the city who want to take afternoon relaxation, and convention visitors.  KOP will have more clients during weekends.

Since I live in the Suburbs, I really like King of Prussia.  It's a real easy drive, get off the turnpike and in a minute or two you can pull right up to the hotel and walk right in with no hassle (free of charge mind you).  I drive a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup and it is a royal pain maneuvering downtown. ...and finding parking??  I had to pay $20 once since I was oversized and couldn't fit into the little spaces in the tiny  lot!  ...but after driving around for 20 minutes having no luck finding a parking spot, I gladly paid it just to get to the appointment.  Plus, and this is a biggie: because I live in the suburbs, if need be, I can explain a trip to the mall much easier than a trip into center city downtown ))!  ...and the Radisson gets my vote since it is attached to the convention center where there are always shows and expos going on.  So, for example: it's a Saturday afternoon and "I'm going to the XYZ show at the Radisson convention center in King of Prussia, be back in a couple hours" and if ANYONE ever saw me, well hey I was at the show ...how convenient is that??!

It sounds like KOP will fill those requirements quite nicely.
