I don't think your reviews are down because you don't have a website. Very often the profile page for a provider has at the top "Report New Website" and the reviews are still there. And it appeared that you did post a website link in another thread a few days ago. Perhaps an inquiry or problem report to TER can answer the question of what happened to the reviews.
