As I announced a short time ago, this place is back in action quickly on 3rd Street near market.  It keeps a low profile and will accept only regulars.  Basically, it has the same line up and I saw Mindy.  She told me the girls received only minor fine and couldn't wait to get back to work.  Mindy is young and pretty on the face and OK on the body as she wouldn't remove her skirt to reveal her middle part.  She is like Spencer, quiet and smile all the time but too passive to make a great session.

Is this the same place that advertises as Scarlet's in City Paper? Location sounds similar.
