I am so confused.....that pic and the reviews don't match?   Did Katie get some kind of incredible makeover. Because IMHO that woman is sexy as hell. Her face is model material.... Am I missing something?

Professional photography highlights the lady's best features, so her face really is that pretty.  Photos, as well as appearance in general, are only one part of the total picture that needs to be evaluated.  I don't think a realistic "total" picture" is to be had until meeting the lady at least once.
