Save your money.... get an escort - more fun. but if you must, Club Risque and Cheerleaders are probably the best. or Club Oasis is ok as well. for a trip to the odd, try Show and tell... really weird...
go with risque on delaware ave. the girls there are also the nicest. cheerleaders is a disappointment. oasis is the same owners as d's den by the way. but i will concur that escorts are where it's at,lol.
Daydreams in Northeast Phila. is a nude BYOB that features a girl on girl show on weekends, as does Show and Tels about a block south of Club Risque. Haven't been to both in several years. My recollection is that the girls at Daydreams were more attractive, but not as raunchy as the girls at Show and Tels. The action at both gets real rowdy as the girl on girl show heats up.
There are a lot of local establishments. If you are looking for a nude byob, Daydreams is located at 5200 unruh st (215) 338-3838. Also the creekside cabaret in colmar is right off of route 309 at 3225 Advance Lane (215) 822-2886.
If you are looking for a really roudy time, its a long drive (about an hour and a half) but the wildest place is definately the pleasure dome in whitehaven (up the turnpike about an hour or so)1 Ice Lake Road (570) 443-9192. They do shower shows and I've even gotten something of a happy ending there in the past.
There are two other nude byob's in allentown area scarlets 2131 Lehigh St (610) 798-7000 and Ervs 1253 Airport Rd (800) 662-4475. Both of these are a ride, but they are much cleaner and nicer than the local daydreams and creekside. Oddly enough, ervs serves incredible food... good enough that I've paid the cover just to eat there.
Lastly, there is a byob in reading called al's diamond cabaret. Probably the noisiest, but no better on the girl's looks. 1810 N. 5th Street
Personally, my favorites are Erv's with its four star meals and the pleasure dome with it's rather loose women. If your willing to make the trip I'd say they are both worth it.
Al's in Reading used to have good food, too (I ate there many a time), but I've heard that the kitchen is gone and the quality of scenery has gone down, too; the private dances there are totally 'air' dances -- strictly no contact. But Al's, the Dome, Erv's, et. al. are a bit of a drive.
Club Risque was pretty good -- the joint was jumping on a Wed. night when I visited there awhile ago. Show 'n Tell is almost next door, and there are plenty other places in Philly (Wizzard's Lounge, for one). I've used the site below for some good info.
Remember a couple things (for PA): alcohol = g-string & pasties BYOB = full nude
And as far as touching, make sure you chat up a dancer about the rules BEFORE you get a dance -- I've seen the whole gamut, from no touching whatsoever, to she can touch you but not the reverse, to you can touch everything but the kitty, to she'll rub you the right way. As always, YMMV.

Philly has as broad a variety of strip clubs as any city I know of, there's something for everyone, no matter what you're looking for it's here, there's no need to drive out of the area. Tell us what kind of place you like. Personally my favorite is Club Risque in Bristol - it's cheap, friendly, laid back, fairly high contact, and easy to get to (by car.) But you may like something a little fancier or more raunchy. Let us know.
