Has anyone been in contact with CH2 recently?  No one seems to answer the phone and on a recent drive by, the place looked closed.

I called and got the address but when I went there it was locked and now no one answers the phone. Please backchannel with info.

...that there's been a problem with the water in the whole building and it should be fixed soon.  Again, this is a rumor I've heard but I have no personal knowledge.

I was in there 2 weeks ago and it was as good as ever.
