There may be some exaggeration. I have heard of only one bust- at Morgan's, about a month ago, not Philly Mansion. It was speculated that this was the result of neighbors complaining about the movement in their building, not because of a general crackdown. The Mansion is probably just being careful since that incident. Has anyone specifically heard of any bust other than Morgan's?
Not true. There has been "some" LE activity in Philly (Center CIty) but just to the big "Incall" places. Philly Mansion was one. The others were AMP's. I personally would feel safer with an agency that provides outcall over an indy incall or agancy incall.
Why wouldn't going to a known independent's incall be just as safe as an agency outcall? I supposed it is possible, but I never remember reading of a client being busted during a raid of a single independent. Am I wrong in my assumption, because admittedly I am no expert? Aren't arrests usually done on the spont with undercover LE posing as a client? With an incall agency that could be happening in the next room.

Well, of course there was Executive (aka -Dan's), but that was NJ - I'm still pondering about that one (any insight would be appreciated). Any LE arrests locally lead to a feeling that LE has stepped up its activity regionally. But, let's look what happened here.
Morgan's profile had increased in Philly LE's view given complaints about activty in the complex AND based upon a book she was promoting (how ridiculous is that!?) That is why certain agencies have moved to de-centralized service locations and others have scaled back in accepting new clients. Unfortunately, those agencies who have scaled back are doing so without considering the reasons why LE cracked down in the first place (Complains from neighbors and unwanted - or wanted - attention). Hopefully, all will blow over eventually and the agencies will get back to limiting their "new client" intake process to the usual background check (I hope so, since I was recently declined as well).
I guess the moral of the story is "Don't make yourself a nuisance of yourself".
