On eros.com this morning - there were 144 listings and I searched for 20 of the new faces on the site.  Of the 20 - there were reviews of only 2 - and both of those were with the major touring companies.  Of the 18 that had no reivews - only 2 were in the notorious 305 area code - the others were from various area codes.

So - what are your thoughts - are there many new providers entering the business?  Is there a proliferation of fakes & scams?  Are many providers asking not to be reviewed?  Are many of us not posting reviews (sorry - but I admit that I fall in that category - but I do PM on provider inquiries if I have info)?  

I agree that many Eros ads appear to be scam, either bait and switch or worst, cash and dash.  Since many ads are from out of state, I woundn't blame on Philly guys for not contibuting to the reviews, rather Philly has too few locals that make visiting and scams dominate the Eros scene.  Our neigboring city DC has twice as many Eros ads of which many are legit locals. It's getting harder to find legit providers in Philly at reasonable rate and one has to do a lot of research to assure that we don't get rip off.  The supply in DC, Baltimore and even central and norhern Jersey is so much better that I never had to pay over $$1/2 to see young hot chicks.  If not because of the current high gas price, it's worth to take trips to see providers that are sure thing.  BTW, I am not a paid member and don't like to write juicy reviews, but I always post brief reviews in this and other board.

You are right on point Opie.  I was laying in bed yesterday and my spidey senses were tingling and I knew fake eros posts were on the horizon.

If I could only find a provider worthy of riding shotgun in my summer ride.

20 faces and reviews of only 2...I think you kind of answered your question.  you are guilty of the very thing you are asking about.  You admit of not posting reviews. if you're not posting you're more part of the problem than solution. i know sometimes posting can be annoying, but i've seen all sorts of reviews, from the long detailed juicy ones to the extremely general short ones). So one can post short, general reviews if they wanted to. I think this is what this site i primary for.  Not sharing hampers all of us, but it's your choice...

to people who don't like to wrote reviews.  c'mon guys, do your part to make this a more enjoyale hobby for  everyone.  not writing reviews when you've been with a provider is not cool.

Also, keep in mind that there are quite a few providers who are on TER's "de-listed" list that you will not see.  I for one have tried to post a review of a provider that TER would not post.  So it would be nice to have some kind of list we could share through the back channel.
