Never thought about it.  I would generally go with stop over intellectualizing it.  However, the hobby is meant to be fun, stress relieving, and escapist amongst other items.  So, it being with someone whose name gives you the willy's will spoil your good time, then so be it.

Of course, you could always remember that...that's probably not her real name.
