As far as several are concerned too.  However, your co-worker disagrees.  After sending a second request for verification, he just claimed the other review approval was a mistake.  So I guess that's that.

I am quite disappointed in that I posted a review for Hanna at Joys a couple of weeks ago and it was rejected.  Supposedly because her picture was not posted on the website (it wasn't).  But she does exist.  Joy just never updates her website.  The phone number and such is there.

Now add this:  Someone else just posted a review of Raquel who is also not pictured, and their post got approved!  What gives?

Agreed, reviews rules are applied very inconsistently.  This has been brought up several times yet nothing changes.

I'd bet that "Joy" does not know how to update her site, as it's been the same for too long.

Perhaps some nice webmaster (which suddenly sounds kinky) could help her out, if that is indeed the case.

there's more to it.  Joy hates the internet as far as her business, keeps her too visible.  Therefore, nothing is likely to change as far as her website.  She told me that herself.  I think she just likes things the old-fashioned way, word of mouth.

Joy spent $4500 a couple of years ago to set up the website, and doesn't want to spend another dime on it.

I agree this rule seems inequitable.  I had an awesome session with Marlena at Joy's, who is stunningly hot, but have not posted a review due to lack of website pic.

As far as I'm concerned per the Review FAQ, providers are not required to have pictures on their websites.

"The lady being reviewed must have an advertisement on the web that includes her name and any one type of the following contact information: phone number, pager, email address or reservation form. You must also enter the providers’s web address in the "Web Site" field, along with her site name."

It's a shame that such a large amount was spent on the creation of that website. I'm not even in that business, but would have little trouble fixing it.

The techniques and programs needed take a bit of getting used to, but are pretty easy once you get started.

Anyway, seeing photos is a powerful, and I believe fair, thing to have in this market.

Any provider or agency who does not update their website regularly is not marketing their services very well. In a service business your website is your storefront.

The best way for a provider to use sites such as TER is to use their weekly ad post to drive people to their website. However, if the website content never changes, people will quickly stop clicking the link. If a provider/agency posts here with the subject line "New pictures on my website" you are probably going to visit her website right? If you find her (or the group of ladies) attractive and their marketing gets you to visit their website often enough, eventually you're going to pick up the phone.

If Joy can stay in business without rah-rah advertising, just word of mouth, that's OK with me.  From a selfish point of view, she doesn't need to advertise, since I am already in.

Don't want to jinx it, but her set-up gives me a certain amount of security.

His review was unapproved because of bad website:  http://www.joyscompanions.com/pages/home.html

There was no mention of Hanna anywhere on the site, therefore his review was unapproved for bad website. Raquel is also on the bad websites list...

According to review guidelines

"The lady being reviewed must have an advertisement on the web that includes her name and any one type of the following contact information: phone number, pager, email address or reservation form. You must also enter the provider's web address in the "Web Site" field, along with her site name. If she advertises on an adult mall, a link that takes us directly to her ad will speed up your review process. To create this link, find the picture of the girl at the mall site and right click (or SHIFT+CLICK) on her photo. A pop up menu will appear. Choose the option to “Open in a new window.” The direct link will appear in the address bar above. Copy and paste that address into your review. Remember, names of escort agencies or newspapers aren’t good enough. Classified ads are also unacceptable. Only URL or web links will pass muster. The only exceptions to this rule are massage parlor reviews. "

i have had similar problems.
until i see evidence that it is changing i will not post reviews.
i pay my money and thats it... will be a consumer of info

one example: the form's insitence that certain data is essential.... if we fail to fill out certain fields then the form is not accepted .   excessive
