Many of us have bemoaned at one time or another the seemingly shifting standards of what constitutes a beneficial review and what does not.  We have all seen reviews that offer virtually no useful information and get approved, while we have a review dinged for "not enough explicit details."

I know there are multiple TER staff that review our reviews prior to their approval, but there really just doesn't seem to be a consistent standard, and it is really frustrating sometimes!  I recently had two reviews downgraded from the TER folks (gave our own Macy a 9, TER downgraded to an 8 & Tina Pink from AZ gave her my first ever 10 and TER downgraded to a 9).  What gives?  I'm not a new reviewer or new to the hobby.  I've got enough reviews and have not shown myself to arbitrarily inflate reviews because I think I have some cool suaveness BS(like...I get providers to eat out of my hand because I'm a photographer).

How is it that some reviews are scrutinized with the proverbial fine toothed comb while others which basically say..."we did it, she's an 8" get the TER seal of approval.

AAARRRGGGGHHH!

If you see a review that doesnt meet the "explicit" guidelines, flag it and bring it to their attention. I am willing to bet that these "reviewers" are not doing their job, and just giving them the stamp of approval. It is very frustrating when there are different rules for different people.

And then there is the recent review of a provider where she vomits all over him and he calls it a "hot time."  Go figure.

You've seen Tina Pink.  She needs to travel east more often!

I've seen her a couple of times.  Honestly, if she lived here...I'd be bankrupt!
