Cops bust places due to neighborhood complaints or if another crime leads them there. Sometimes just a overall crackdown on their part.  They dont go out looking for information to bust these places.  How is talking on here any different than the ads every single one of these joints places in the City Paper?  They have a scantly clad asian girl, the address, maps and the phone number.  

Oh yea, and all of these places have some type of business license.  I dont think the people at L & O are stupid.  

So you are sitting around worrying that your precious asian massages will be taken from you and the owners are spending money to let everyone know where they are located.

Perhaps the probability of neighborhood complaints is increased by the amount of traffic and the amount of traffic is proportionate to the amount of hipe on boards like this.

Perhaps you don't agree, but why the irritated tone?  Not conducive to a free exchange of viewpoints....

Its the object of the establishment to increase traffic to its location.  So being quiet on this board would work against the establishment's wishes and thus the board itself would potentially drive its favorite spot out of business.

If you don't mind my replying, I heard that City of Phila. employees were using a business credit card to frequent the business.  Someone in City gov't heard about it, and the place was then busted.
