You must admit, she does have GREAT implants, though I agree that her performance level is certainly not consistent.  However, if you catch her on a good day...

Granted, none are in the Philadelphia area at this time, though I believe that Rebecca Love is visiting next week.  Also, being that they are porn stars, there rates range from $500 to $1000 for the hour.  These are the best that I am aware of, but others may have other opinions to offer with regard to non-porn stars.

Many of the now defunct Philly Mansion and Morgan Mansion girls have implants. Most Da Ridge ladies have implants. Inplants are only good to look at, but a turn off for me to fondle. I hate implants and would rather have small or sagging natural boobs.   When I do my research, I want to make sure my dates do not have inplants.  For example, if the dimensions are out of proportion such as 38-22-33, I'll reluctant to book the session.

However, give the girls a break...many do this for themselves, and there are plenty of guys on TER who love them.  I think the survey was almost 50/50 for or against.

Me myself, though...natural is the only way to go!  I have seen one provider with implants, and while they weren't as bad as you guys' experiences, I definitely prefer natural...regardless of size or shape (well, within reason of coourse :P.

When you objectify the woman down to a commodity it only makes sense to choose natural over enhanced (or vice versa) if that is your preference.  But when you look at the bigger picture of the total woman and her reasons your outlook may be different.  Quite some time ago I saw a FBSM provider who had THE most perfect set of B's you'd ever find.  She decided to have them enhanced to C's, which I dutifully begged her not to do...lol.  But the impact on her own self confidence was enormous.  I never considered not enjoying her services anymore even if I preferred her smaller natural assets, because the pleasure of time with her was just that...the pleasure of TIME with her.

Silicone inplants touch like rock and saline implants touch like water filled plastic bag.  Both are turn off for me. There were rare occasions that I fondled boobs that I didn't know they were fake until the ladies told me.  Those I don't mind.

There is nothing that can substitute the soft sensual touch of natural boobs.  Women don't realize that men have different taste and don't always prefer the largest breasts the same way men  believe all women love big penis.  I am turned off by huge out of proportion fake boobs. Even Pam Anderson's figure is turning me off now by the thought of touching her rock hard boobs. The plastic surgery shows in TV only demonstrate how great the implants look but never tell how they touch.  To me, the touch is more important than the look and I love small and big boobs, even sagging ones, as long as they are natural touching.  

Most porn star and many high price escorts have inplants.  It's ironic that higher price will likely reward you with fake experience.

In plastic surgery, you definitely get what you pay for. Most of these hard & balloon like jobs are results of lack of funds (and research) when picking a good surgeon.
I just LOVE tittie play, in all forms and my nipples are very sensitive. I have natural 40DDDs and I did think, for a while, in getting them lifted.
I made a little "survey" with my clients and ALL of them told me not to touch it because they prefer natural, even if is on the sagging side than lifted and with the headlights kind of look and hard to the touch, which is the result of the affordable jobs.
Also, any kind of plastic surgery leaves the area numb for a while and, sometimes, forever. I could not even think losing my sensitivity or the ability of performing one of my favorite things....russian :)
But...the few great tit jobs I saw on girls cost a little fortune.
I know a girl from Arizona who has this beautiful fake tits, feels very natural and guys cannot tell the difference....but, the price tag on them was 35 thousand dollars, done with one of the best surgeons in LA.

~I have implants~ Everything I have was completely man made, thanks to a round w/ Cancer a couple years back.-NOW- about some of the comments made. With the exception of Tony the tiger who stated all implants aren't the same....   most of the comments here seem to have been dominated by men who obviously were exposed to low end boob jobs.    
If an implant is rock hard then the female should seek medical intervention because there is obviously (from the feel & the statement rock hard) an extensive amount of scar tissue accumulation. Saline does not "harden" -silicone does and silicone isn't used routinely anymore.
As for the "water bag" feel.. that is simply a result of a quick, cheap implant that was over filled and placed on top of the muscle.
Trust me when I state that I have had gentlemen who enjoy breasts very much and are so addicted to the feel of an awesome implant that they refuse endure the "added" features of a woman with a "natural" breast any longer.
My point being, the discussion was grossly one sided and did not reflect the majority of men. I think YMMV would be the key term here.  
I am bi-sexual and prefer women who are petite but have at least a 10" difference between their boobs and their waist...( I love the curves!!) so I have a preference for implants. (* It is difficult to find a lady under 120 lbs with a D cup unless she has implants or is an oddity to the norm) I enjoy a D cup breast but I am just not willing to entertain the extra 50 pounds -or more- that most women have to enjoy a natural D. (* there are exceptions but they are few!!!*)
So for the record: I have 250cc of "saline gel" under my muscle and 100cc of straight saline over the muscle. Both implants are encased in silicone that is over rated for the amount which is encased, which facilitates a "give" when manipulated. The result is a wonderfully natural feel of a DD+ that compliments my 24" waist and is carried on a 115 pound body. Thus my measurements 34DD-24-34. (* or internationally: 28FF-24-34, since the US rarely acknowledges a rib cage under 32"*)
Moral of the story could be: Knowledge is a dangerous thing so use it wisely.   kisses  Candace

Spectacular--the word isn't just for Teri Hatcher anymore.  Hey Philly, be honest, you could care less about the braves  consecutive division titles, what you really want is Candace, isn't that right?  Because I'm plenty happy for the Eagles to ahve won the NFC but for Candace to call ATL home...
