If you've done research then I assume you have one or more ladies who may interest you.  Solana is saying, I believe, that you should now contact them and go through their screening process as well as explain you're a nervous newbie. There's a lot not shown in your post that may be relevant such as age, measurements, and other factors that appear on a provider's profile. Without knowing any of that information plus with only a few posts and no reviews (yes I know you're trying to get to the stage where you can write a review) odds are guys will be reluctant to suggest anyone.

Any recomendations for a nervous first timer in the area? I've done alot of research on TER and I'm looking to take the plunge for the first time on May 25 .Incall, DFK, and untranslated french are minimum requirements. Providers feel free to PM me for details

Since you are a newbie, it would help if you contacted the ladies directly.  The criteria you listed is easily searched on the database.  

Also introduce yourself, include your real name, mention that you are a newbie.  Offer all the information you can to make the lady comfortable.

Look for words (or acronyms) on the reviews like GFE and "accommodating." Someone who is well reviewed and has a good attitude. Be clear about what you are looking for and state that up front, but also be willing to ask the provider what her expectations are from you. Whatever you do, stay away from CL and the ladies who are ruining EROS.
